You leave La Paz and drive a winding country road through wild unpopulated landscape coming out on a plateau high above the Sea of Cortez, affording a spectacular view of the 2 hills and the beach of El Saltito. And clearly visible in the distance is Ceralvo Island. The white sand beach at El Saltito is set in a gently curving bay and bracketed by 2 huge rock outcroppings. This is an eco paradise. Mountains, valleys, a variety of desert plants, cactus and wildlife. Shoals and a small rock island 500 meters directly off shore offer spectacular snorkeling and diving. Fishing for Blue, Black and Striped Marlin, Dorado, Wahoo and Sails is the best of all lower Baja. From January to March the Blue and Grey whales migrate past the property.
